Gateway gives up on direct sales, will go retail-only »
Posted by: Jordan 1 month, 1 week agoGateway, a company that began selling computers directly to buyers out of an Iowa farmhouse, said today it will move completely to an indirect business model. All its products will now be sold via online and storefront retailers. At the moment, you can still order a notebook or desktop PC via its Web site. But according to a news release, that's about to end.
