Legg Mason to Support Yahoo Against Carl Ichan »
Posted by: applemasher 1 month, 2 weeks agoYahoo has gained support from Legg Manson, who currently holds 4.4% ownership in the company. With this new support Carl Ichan's proxy fight to replace th current board members is now expected to fail as other shareholders are likely to follow Legg Mason.
