The new experiment adds an option to comment on a search results and to view everyone's edits.

You beat me too it, I landed here because it came in a Google alert for "Google to buy Digg"
This is what I have been theorizing about for months now as I expect Google to either buy Digg or code it themselves. Digg has so many gaming problems that Google may shy away.
But what I want to know is this a hoax?
