Doug Pelmear is an engineer from Ohio with a valuable secret under the hood of his 1987 Ford Mustang. This 400 horsepower muscle car does 0-60 in under 3 seconds and a top speed of about 180 MPH. Even more amazing, the car gets 110 MPG.
