UK preps 'hacking tools' ban »
Posted by: Wil 2 months, 3 weeks agoThe UK government has announced a set of guidelines to be applied to the Computer Misuse Act which will make it illegal to possess or distribute "hacking tools." The maximum prison sentence available for computer-related crimes is increased to ten years and denial of service attacks have been clearly made illegal.
