I'm sure that we have all lost data to some extent in the past. Perhaps it was only a small amount of data, a Word document or something that we were working on. This can be very frustrating and it is a simple matter of saving your work on a regular basis. There is another type of data loss, however, that goes beyond only being frustrating.
