Online auctioneer eBay Inc said on Tuesday it had sued Craigslist, alleging the Craigslist board of directors had diluted eBay's 28.4 percent stake in the online classifieds site.

              The problem is that ebay has by far too much power and money to sue everyone the would like. and craigslist is a really good site, easy to use etc.
