  Its good to see that other companies create better products than Microsoft. Microsoft is SO overrrated. The Zune is a major dissapointment, big, heavy, thick, bulky, UGLY. So ugly it seems the design was created by the engineering department. And to top it off it doesn't even support WMA's and has bugs aplenty. It amazing how a much smaller company is making innovative products. Nevertheless, it is still light years behind the industry leader, Apple. As long as Apple enjoys name recognition, refreshes its product line constantly and its products remain the epitome of cool, there's no touching them. In addition, the literally 1000's of accesories available, still make it the best buy...hands down.

  true comment i have to agree. apple has the most money coming in so they'll have the best. non-tech savy people dont even know what an mp3 player is. many think that an ipod is the only mp3 player. i dont like ipods because everybody has one........there are other options
