    From reading all the ancillary stories, it would appear that this device will allow me to have a wireless video phone in my hand so I can see and talk to anybody else with iChat capabilities. In-hand wireless, cellular, video-conferencing? All this and a full-function iPod too?

    Some device.....I'll buy one! From the picture, it looks like a thin, elongated iPod.

      if it really supports ichat with video funcionality, i will be trading in my crap PEBL.

        that's the rumor for the supposed 2nd phone they are already hard at work on. this first one is supposed to have more limited capability. we'll see in a few weeks...

              They have some great minds at Apple, for sure. Weird they only have 10% of market share overall when it comes to computers. They're just better.

                I seriously doubt Apple will release an iPhone.
