Just pick another geek who likes to wear black turtle necks and refuses to shave his neck beard. I.E. just go to geek squad at best buy and choose any of those guys.

He should resign over their horrible customer service. I've had 2 video pods die on me!!! I bought one for my son last Christmas. It died in April. Sent for a replacement. This replacement died in August. The screen went black and inky. I returned it and they sent it back still broken. I called Apple today and they said they can do nothing for me. Nothing. After begging for an hour for any help, I said I was screwed and the "tech" said "well, I wouldn't it like that but yeah". He actually suggested I sell it for scrap and that many people want the parts. They claimed the black screen was caused by external damage, but i can assure you it was not. (Do a web search on this problem) This thing was treated like gold, no cracks, in a hard plastic case and with the original film still on it. The LCD didn't even have a crack ON THE OUTSIDE. I am now out $300, plus $100 for a worthless warranty. This is my last Apple product ever.

Take your iPod into an Apple store, ask to speak to a manager and raise a little hell. You should walk out of the store with a new one. If you bought the $100 warranty there should be no question about it.

I've been a Mac user since I got into computers. The customer service has always been awesome.

They would be fools to get rid of Steve Jobs. He is what has put Apple back on track!

Long live Steve Jobs!!

Apple's track record for his entire tenure has been spotty at best. Apple remains the ultimate example of a company that is rarely in-tune with their customers.

Apple is all about Mac OS X and iPod Design. Computer geeks like OS X and Music lovers like iPod's cool design. Behind both of them lies horrible hardware. Though all 4 of my iPods never troubled me but the iBook (first ever mac) which I bought last November had been a nightmare. Already the motherboard has been replaced. I had been to Apple store 4-5 times in last two months and my laptop spent most of the time in Apple repair shop. I like Steve's style and all the hype he manages to create with his keynotes, but thats it, only style - no substance.
