Microsoft is set to launch on Tuesday a beta version of a new service that lets people upload videos of their cats dancing, babies laughing and teenagers playing air guitar.

      ummm.... will this work? Not even Your Tube knows how it will make money. How does Microsoft know how it will use the model to make money?

              It wouldn't be the first thing Bill Gates has copied. If there's money to be made, he'll go for it. Like he doesn't have enough.
