About half of all workplaces store and review computer files, and 36% track keystrokes and the time spent at the keyboard.

Sept. 18, 2006, 11:52 a.m.If used properly it's a good thing and keeps people honest. However, I know people that complain about there jobs become targets which can be a bad thing. Most people use the web and key strokes responsibly.
