"Since Jason was being such a ***** and because they continued to ignore my warnings, I decided to alert the general public to the exploit; if that didn't cause them to fix it, apparently nothing would."

I've never really thought 'two wrongs make a right' like this guy thought in this case, but to be fair, the story says the hole was known about for six weeks before being exploited. At least it wasn't a harmful vulnerability.

They should start sending people like this to prison. Always playing Robin Hood for the good of man. Get a life you basement dwelling freak you doing more wrong than right.

Damn, Willikell, are you an idiot? He notified them, their ignorance got the best of them. He simply created a harmless (Note: I said harmless) exploit to show Netscape what 'could' happen.

They think they're gods behind a PC because they work for a big company like NETSCAPE! So why should they listen to some geeky student eh?

I respect him for forewarning Netscape about the exploit. Since they didn't listen, he took action. Good job!

If he hadn't of done something, your ass would probably be reinstalling Windows right now.

I haven't caught anything in years. Firefox, No Script, and smart surfing habits seen to that. My rig is locked down like Fort Knox. HAHAHAHAHA!!!
