Thanks to new technology by Virginia based company Starchase, police can now track fleeing suspects by shooting GPS homing devices like darts and sticking them to the back of moving vehicles. Rather than dangerous high speed pursuits, tracking the vehicles down can be conducted from the comfort of the local police department.
