June 15, 2006, 8:11 p.m.The really nutty thing is, large companies have to play both sides. Tiered interweb? Why yes, I'd love a (theoretical) chance to throttle the bandwidth of my competitor. vs. No tiered internet? Awesome, now I don't have to pay extra for slamming the network with tons of traffic. Either way, there are winners and losers. Just like in life ;)
